Payrate: $65.00 - $67.00/hr.

Summary:
Our team is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the organization and bridge communication and alignment with the executive office. This will be a member of the executive office of the CVP reporting to the Sr. Communications Business Manager and requires someone who has a strategic, business mindset and a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders from senior leaders to individual contributors and support staff. This individual should have a deep understanding of audiences, messaging and tone, and help create compelling visuals to accompany our team narrative.

Responsibilities:
  • Create/refresh existing visual collateral related to org health/overall culture including org newsletters, content on special campaigns/events, new employee orientation decks, diversity and inclusion initiatives, etc.
  • Generate original campaign artwork upon request including modifying existing content for appropriate use in external channels (e.g., email, social media, external presentations)
  • Develop and maintain design templates to enhance product consistency and workflow efficiency
  • Provide video production and broadcasting support for large-scale events and meetings, including All Hands Meetings
  • Support evolution and refinement of our visual communications strategy
  • Project manage content development and curation to final delivery and measurement, reporting status of various campaigns and initiatives to leadership
  • Partner with creative leads across multiple orgs to ensure alignment and compliance with brand standards
  • Analyze feedback from the business and adjust as appropriate

  • Motivated: this role requires someone who takes initiative when it comes to finding solutions, and the ability to work independently when needed

Must have:
  • At least 12 months of eligibility
  • Strong demonstrated experience in graphic design, photography, and video production/editing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) or equivalent creative production tools
  • 5-7 years of experience with marketing communications or design discipline, practices and techniques, including strong working knowledge of digital asset management and creative content generation
  • Project management to ensure strong collaboration with stakeholders and timely execution of deliverables - will not manage a project team, this is managing projects/deliverables
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Outlook


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $67.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
