RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SDET in Durham, NC.
Key Tasks:
* Performing API testing and automation using tools such as RestAssured
* Writing and accomplishing manual end-to-end test scripts
* Participating in Agile/Scrum practices
* Implementing performance testing strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience and a demonstrated history in software testing and automation; Your technical skill and cooperative nature will be essential to effectively upholding our high-quality standards
* Strong hands-on experience with Java
* Experience with Cypress/Playwright for UI automation
* Experience in performance testing and manual end-to-end testing
* Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, and cloud concepts
* Familiarity with Git and DataDog for monitoring
* Skilled in API testing with tools such as RestAssured, Insomnia, Bruno, or curl
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
