We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven background in US IT Staffing, focusing on client acquisition, business expansion, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have established relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners and a consistent record of achieving and exceeding business goals.

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new direct clients, MSPs, and VMS partners in the US market.

  • Develop long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor for client needs.

  • Drive end-to-end client lifecycle management from prospecting to contract execution (MSA/SOW).

  • Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline, performance, and revenue metrics.

  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • 5 8 years of US IT Staffing business development / client acquisition experience.

  • Proven track record of generating business and onboarding new clients.

  • Strong existing network of Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT staffing process, US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

  • Willing to work during US business hours.
