Business Development Manager US IT Staffing (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven background in US IT Staffing, focusing on client acquisition, business expansion, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have established relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners and a consistent record of achieving and exceeding business goals.
Identify, acquire, and onboard new direct clients, MSPs, and VMS partners in the US market.
Develop long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor for client needs.
Drive end-to-end client lifecycle management from prospecting to contract execution (MSA/SOW).
Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline, performance, and revenue metrics.
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
5 8 years of US IT Staffing business development / client acquisition experience.
Proven track record of generating business and onboarding new clients.
Strong existing network of Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners.
In-depth knowledge of IT staffing process, US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Willing to work during US business hours.
