I am working with a client in Dallas that is lookin for an Endpoint Technology Manager. This is a direct hire position that with a hybrid on site/remote work schedule. Candidates must be local to the Dallas, TX area. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about this opportunity.
  • Design, develop, and recommend endpoint user strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure a seamless endpoint experience.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex functional problems that impact the company s success.
  • Collaborate with the IT Team to ensure a seamless endpoint user experience through endpoint administration, support, and standardization.
  • Partner with leaders to assess, prioritize, allocate, and focus resources for operational support, service requests, and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business plans and operational excellence.
  • Lead the endpoint team in planning, building, and deploying innovative endpoint solutions that support business development and improve cost-effectiveness of operations.
  • Provide leadership, hands-on coaching, and guidance to the Endpoint team, while adopting a culture of accountability, professional development, and high performance.
  • Develop and document endpoint engineering standards, processes, and procedures, including review of best practices.
  • Direct daily operations, analyze workflow, establish priorities, and set deadlines for the endpoint team.
  • Coordinate communication of technology updates and system changes to users and groups to mitigate business disruptions.
  • Oversee and assist in the ongoing development of automated applications.
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
  • Facilitate vendor work sessions to determine business requirements, processes, integration, and plans.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT systems, with a focus on endpoint technology, preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in a supervisory role required.
  • 5+ years of experience working in large, multi-tenant environments with 1000+ users, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize large-scale endpoint solutions.
  • Experience with managing enterprise builds from both image/layer configuration and provisioning standpoints.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly to a high level of proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of the endpoint user experience, modern endpoint management tools, and endpoint security protocols.
  • Certifications in: Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA A+, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or a similar certification preferred.
  • Understanding of integrations/automation across platforms using Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in serving the internal customer.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop a remote workforce to maximum potential.
  • Advanced proficiency with Intune and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
  • Familiarity with Azure Multi-tenant administration and O365 administration.
  • Advanced proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Intune, Airwatch, or similar.
  • Availability to work 24/7 on-call as needed.



Estimated Min Rate: $115000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $120000.00
