Job Title: UX Researcher
Pay rate: $32/hr
Location: Onsite 1 Icon, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610
Oakley is looking for a UX Researcher to design user-focused products through deep research and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand user needs and shape product direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute user research initiatives
- Conduct interviews, surveys, field tests, and usability testing
- Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights
- Use storytelling to influence design and product decisions
- Support UX team with tools, frameworks, and efficiencies
Required Skills:
- Strong data analysis and user insight skills
- Experience with UX/UI principles, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Ability to translate research into clear, actionable recommendations
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Skills:
- Human factors knowledge
- Design thinking proficiency
- Experience creating efficiencies in UX processes
- Familiarity with new research tools and methods
