Job Title: Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Consultant / Specialist

Job Description:
The Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Specialist is responsible for configuring, supporting, and maintaining Oracle OTL modules to ensure accurate time capture, payroll integration, and compliance with business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Time and Labor setups

  • Manage time entry rules, approvals, and validations

  • Support payroll integration and resolve OTL issues

  • Handle user queries and troubleshoot data errors

  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)

  • Knowledge of payroll and time management processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
