Healthcare Recruiter (High-Volume)
100% Remote | 6+ Month Contract

MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON - this is required. Do not apply unless you currently live in Washington.

This is a fast-moving, high-impact recruiting role for someone who genuinely enjoys the rhythm of high-volume hiring and understands the nuances of healthcare recruitment. You ll be owning full-cycle recruiting for a large number of clinical roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and keeping things moving without sacrificing candidate experience or compliance.

Even though the role is fully remote, this client requires the recruiter to be physically located in Washington State due to regulatory and operational requirements. If you re in Washington and thrive in a busy, metrics-driven environment, this is a solid long-term opportunity.

You ll spend your days juggling multiple requisitions across locations and specialties, building strong pipelines, screening candidates at scale, and keeping hiring managers informed and confident. There s a heavy emphasis on proactive sourcing, speed, and follow-through, balanced with a professional, human approach that candidates appreciate.

In plain terms, this role is about
Owning the entire recruiting lifecycle for high-volume clinical hiring. You ll intake roles, source aggressively, screen and interview efficiently, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and move candidates through background checks, licensing, and onboarding; all while keeping compliance tight and communication clear. You ll also track recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and continuously improve how hiring gets done.

Must-haves (these matter)

  • You must currently live in the state of Washington

  • Proven experience handling high-volume recruiting, ideally in healthcare

  • Comfort managing full-cycle recruiting across many open roles at once

  • Strong sourcing skills across job boards, resume databases, referrals, social platforms, and events

  • Experience screening candidates at scale and documenting activity in an ATS

  • Ability to partner confidently with hiring managers and manage expectations

  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • Clear understanding of compliance, credentialing, and hiring documentation (or the ability to learn quickly)

Nice to have

  • Direct experience recruiting clinical or licensed healthcare professionals

  • Experience supporting multi-location or system-wide hiring initiatives

  • Exposure to recruitment marketing, career fairs, or hiring events

If you re a Washington-based recruiter who enjoys momentum, problem-solving, and keeping hiring engines running smoothly without losing the human side of recruiting; this role should feel like a great fit.
