Overview

  • We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to support the rapid development of AI agents across our client's enterprise.
  • This role will focus on building intelligent, scalable, and secure AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.

What You Bring to the Role - Ideal Skills and Attributes

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
  • Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, and integrating LLMs into enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Services.
  • Background in IT operations, digital transformation, or enterprise AI enablement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's AI training paths and scenario libraries.
  • Experience with M365 Copilot extensibility, including custom skills, connectors, and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with deploying agents in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Awareness of Microsoft's Responsible AI principles and AI scenario libraries.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or internal REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.

 

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-ready AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Integrate various LLMs (Large Language Models) for advanced language, vision, and audio capabilities.
  • Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and grounding techniques to provide contextually accurate responses from enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, internal APIs).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered workflows and agents.
  • Monitor and optimize agent performance through feedback loops, telemetry, and analytics (e.g., Azure Monitor, M365 Admin Center).
  • Ensure all agents comply with enterprise governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
  • Participate in agile delivery sprints to prototype, iterate, and scale AI solutions quickly.
  • Build processes, create documentation, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

 

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected hourly rate for this position is $50 - $80 per hour W2, depending on experience and qualifications.
