Title: Electrical Engineer (Aerospace/Avionics)

Location: Enfield, CT

Length of Contract: 12 months (T-P option after 1 year)

Ideal Start Date: 8/18

Project/Application: Oxford s client specializes in providing software and test equipment for laboratories and Aerospace related production facilities. They are in need of a senior level Electrical Engineer experienced in the design and test of high power motor controls to develop their custom test equipment for their avionics customers, such as:

  • Customized testing equipment specifically designed to simulate the aircraft computer;
  • Test equipment for validating the performance and reliability of CAC, RAF, and MDC units under simulated flight conditions;
  • Advanced simulators that replicate the engine s control unit for testing and development purposes.

Requirements:

  • EE degree
  • Aerospace or avionics industry experience
  • PID loop controls
  • High power motor control
  • PCB design; they are using PCB Artist ; boards are 4 layers
  • VISIO
  • Must pass full drug & background

  • PLC exp (Allen Bradley)
