Job Description:

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and Office Administration.
• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals and standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team on accounting functions such as expense management, payroll, cost control, accounts payable/receivable, compensation, benefits, and other financial tasks.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives, organize events, oversee employee training, address employee inquiries, and maintain positive employee relations.
• Conduct audits of HR and finance activities, including 401(k), workers' compensation, benefits, payroll, customer audits, and more, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international labor laws.
• Assist in maintaining process documentation for certifications and standards such as CMMI, ISO, ESG, and supplier diversity.
• Oversee office operations, including facilities management, insurance, procurement, office administration, and vendor relationships.
• Manage company contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and client agreements, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
• Provide support across a group of companies, ensuring smooth coordination and operations.
