ROLE TITLE: Bi-Lingual PM - Oracle Fusion Projects Hybrid. Resources will be required to be on-site at client side periodically. We can assume expenses would be covered. The candidate must be a current resident of Wisconsin, or the candidate must be relocated by the start date. CLIENT LOCATION: Seymour, IN START / END: 10/01/25 to 10/01/2026, with a reasonable possibility of a multi-year extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (June 30, 2026, in this case). So, while many jobs at the state can run for multiple years, they are all capped at the start of the current fiscal year (and must be renewed each fiscal year).
MUST HAVE:
Japanese and English proficiency (written and spoken).
Worked in Japan.
ERP implementation project management experience.
Approximately 10+ years of project management experience (flexible here)

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
seeking a Bilingual Project Manager (PM) to lead the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for Aisin. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a particular focus on working with Japanese leadership to ensure their feedback is incorporated into the project plan.
The PM will collaborate closely with Oracle and Fujitsu to align objectives, manage timelines, and facilitate smooth execution. Fujitsu will provide Fusion functional and technical resources from its Oracle practice, and Oracle Corporation will also be directly involved in the implementation. The PM will oversee and manage all project deliverables from Fujitsu and Oracle resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Japanese leadership, Oracle, and Fujitsu, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Gather and incorporate leadership feedback into the project plan while balancing technical feasibility and business needs.
Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
Coordinate with Oracle and Fujitsu teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are met.
Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and drive issue resolution across all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with business and IT standards.
