Job Details
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience in IT Service Desk and/or Call Center environments.
- Proficiency in call tracking and ticketing software (e.g., Remedy).
- Experience with Microsoft-based operating systems, specifically Windows 7.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Office 365 in a network environment.
- Experience with basic User and Security Group Active Directory administration.
- Experience with resetting mainframe and LAN passwords via RACF or Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users via phone.
- Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems.
- Create and escalate trouble tickets to Tier 2 staff or third-party providers.
- Reset or restore mainframe, LAN, and User IDs and passwords.
- Diagnose and coordinate the repair of products by dispatching service providers.
- Research and update reference publications to resolve end-user issues.
- Follow quality standards and display strong customer service skills.
