Role: Data Retention Management

Location: Atlanta, GA, 5 days Onsite

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Job description:

  1. Looking for Lead Platform Support Specialist with 6-8 years of Platform support Experience (Data Pipeline, Datwarehousing)
  2. Monitor and maintain platform performance across production and staging environments.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality, integrations, and user access.
  4. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  5. Document incidents, resolutions, and platform changes in internal knowledge bases.
  6. Manage the team and deliverables
