Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a background in luxury hotel retail or premium hospitality sales. This role involves leading sales efforts, building relationships with HNIs (high-net-worth individuals), interior designers, architects, and premium hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage long-term relationships with HNIs, architects, and interior designers.
Drive both B2B and B2C sales across premium decor categories such as custom furniture, curtains, and cushions.
Identify and close new business opportunities in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
Conduct in-person client meetings, showroom presentations, and product demos.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
Collaborate with design and production teams for client-specific customizations.
Represent the brand at exclusive trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
Key Requirements:
4 5 years of proven sales experience in luxury hotel retail or premium hospitality.
Strong personal network among HNIs, interior designers, and/or real estate developers.
Track record of closing high-value sales in design-driven product lines.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for interior design, aesthetics, and luxury living.
Based in FL, CA, or TX or open to relocating.
