This is a hands on role with a focus on the Procurement Module
Managing the Oracle Procurement platform as well as being the liaison to the business, own the set up of data and manage any projects going on in the Procurement platform as well as manage the Oracle resources
Top skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and the procurement module (Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing)
- Oracle Cloud integration experience
- Strong Project Management skills (Jira)
- Ability to have discussions with business leaders and IT team-members to translate business requirements to IT needs
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop and implement systems and support structure for the Procurement system.
- Work alongside captive teams in India to develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across US and India.
- Execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities.
- Manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud with a proprietary backend .net system.
- Monitor key organization requirements such as the daily execution and distribution of information. Direct the corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance.
- Review and approve all application design customizations and any associated integrated applications with other systems.
- Act as a liaison between the Procurement Organization and domain owners of respective systems.
