Job Title: Jr. HR Admin
Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time / Contract
We are looking for recent graduate with 2+ year of experience in Human Resources &/or general office Administration experience and lot of enthusiasm to learn. Must be able to drive as occasional local travel is required to client sites.
- Responsible for the administrative functions of recruiting and on boarding process
- Prepares new employee files and documents.
- On-boarding presentations to the new hires.
- Collect and reconcile time sheets.
- Maintain the timesheet system
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain job databases and other documents as needed
Required Skills
- 2+ years of corporate work experience
- Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, social media, Google docs etc.
- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
