Communications Specialist IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Communications Specialist IV to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the full lifecycle of engagement campaigns, from initial concept and strategy to execution and post-campaign analysis
* Develop a robust communications toolkit, including email templates, calendars, video materials, and internal training resources
* Develop clear goals, creating compelling content, and tracking key metrics to measure success
* Design and execute flawless end-to-end experiences for our experts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and participation
* Leverage your expertise in customer or employee experience to make every interaction valuable and intuitive
* Produce brand-aligned and effective campaign assets
* Actively engage with our experts, gathering feedback and using those insights to refine and improve future initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in a role requiring end-to-end management of customer or employee engagement, marketing, or community-building initiatives
* Skilled in Figma and Adobe Suite
* Experience with other design or project management tools is a plus
* A demonstrated history of taking a high level of ownership and initiative, with a strong ability to drive projects autonomously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting clear, persuasive, and engaging messaging
* Attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
