Act as the primary liaison between business teams and developers to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Map current business processes, identify pain points, and recommend solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
Support developers during the design and testing phases by providing clarification, feedback, and validation of requirements.
Create user documentation, training materials, and guides to support effective change management and user adoption.
Provide expert-level, Tier 3 post-deployment support and help identify and prioritize backlog items for future enhancements.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across software projects by bringing business insight into technical discussions.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within an IT or software development environment.
Strong documentation skills with experience writing user stories, technical requirements, and process workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for managing backlogs, tasks, and requirements.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience supporting enterprise software or ERP systems.
Exposure to software development environments with a focus on continuous delivery.
