Job Title: Designer/Drafter
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Manassas, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking a CADD Designer to support semiconductor tool installation projects. This is an onsite role requiring full-time presence at the client site in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD skills, experience preparing design drawings across project phases, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

We are seeking a CADD Designer to support semiconductor tool installation projects. This is an onsite role requiring full-time presence at the client site in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD skills, experience preparing design drawings across project phases, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Create layout designs in AutoCAD for tool installation projects.
- Work directly with clients to ensure machine layouts comply with codes, building standards, and client specifications.
- Field verifies layouts and measure factory areas for as-built documentation.
- Prepare design drawings and associated deliverables from schematic design through construction documentation.
- Present designs during review meetings and explain design decisions.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project success.
Required Skills
- Associate's degree in computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in industrial drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with semiconductor tool installation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in CADD or related field.
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong presentation and graphic skills.
- Experience with innovative or complex design projects.
