Position: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location :Remote

Duration : 12+ months

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Former Sr. ServiceNow Solution Architect - Understands platform capability, can bridge to strategy
Management / Process Consultant (Big 4 or boutique) - Skilled in governance, maturity, and stakeholder management
Service Management Practice Lead / Transformation Lead - Used to executive-level alignment and long-term roadmaps
Experience
12+ consulting, business transformation, or process advisory.
Direct experience leading strategic or process-focused initiatives not just project delivery.
ServiceNow, ITSM, or Enterprise Service Management experience (must understand platform capability vs. business process impact).
Proven history engaging executive stakeholders (Director C-suite) to drive alignment and outcomes.
Experience with roadmap creation, maturity assessments, or business process optimization.
Methodology & Frameworks
Working knowledge of ITIL (v3 or 4) able to explain how process maturity evolves.
Experience using process maturity models and governance frameworks.
OCM exposure either as a practitioner or having partnered with OCM leads on adoption/change plans.
Strategic consulting background able to frame business problems before talking tools.
Strategic Mindset Anticipates future trends and aligns work with strategic priorities.
Communicates Effectively Delivers complex information clearly and with executive presence.
Customer Focus Builds strong client relationships and delivers client-centric solutions.
