Position Overview:

We are seeking a local and experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant with hands-on expertise in Adobe Mobile SDK, Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Datasets and Schemas. This role is critical in driving digital transformation and customer experience initiatives through advanced data collection, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to configure, implement, and optimize AEP and its integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Adobe Mobile SDK for native app data collection.
  • Build and manage AEP Datasets, Schemas, and XDM models aligned with business use cases.
  • Set up and configure Customer Data Platform (CDP) workflows, including real-time customer profiles.
  • Develop and maintain rules for data collection, identity stitching, and segment qualification.
  • Leverage Audience Manager, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to build and analyze audience segments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and digital analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely ingestion into AEP.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of SDKs and data collection issues across mobile environments.
  • Assist in defining KPIs, data governance rules, and consent/privacy compliance for data collection.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6 10 years of experience in digital analytics and customer data platforms, with at least 2+ years in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Adobe Mobile SDK (iOS/Android)
    • AEP Datasets, XDM Schemas
    • Data Collection Tags/Rules
    • Audience Segmentation
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Deep understanding of identity graphs, real-time profile building, and event streaming within AEP.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/JSON for tag configurations and data layer design.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing objectives into technical data collection strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
