Integration Engineer (MS Dynamics)
Location: Remote
Role Description:
We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. This role involves collaborating closely with solution architects, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations that support business objectives.
- Analyze integration requirements and design robust integration architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
- Develop, configure, and deploy integrations using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Service Bus, and custom connectors.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs, OData endpoints, and web services to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Implement monitoring solutions, diagnose integration issues, and resolve errors to ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Work with business analysts, solution architects and stakeholders to understand gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and workflows. Provide regular updates and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure integrations adhere to organizational security policies, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements.
- Promote integration best practices, evaluate new tools and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external ERP, CRM, or legacy systems.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, PowerShell, JavaScript) for integration and automation.
- Experience with Azure API Management, Event Grid, or similar cloud integration services.
- Experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 data models, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and Power Platform architecture.
