Job Details

Description
Provide technical support to employees and contractors
Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., HR, Security, Engineering) to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows.
Assist with ticket triage and resolution, escalating more complex issues when needed.
Support a variety of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, and Onelogin.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve documentation and support processes

Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or similar roles) in a fast-paced environment (startup, MSP).
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Onelogin (or similar), and macOS/Windows environments.
Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar.
Basic understanding of user access, roles, and SaaS system administration.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow detailed instructions.
College degree in engineering or computer science++
College degree in technical field+

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
