The Senior Data Migration Analyst performs end-to-end planning, analysis, and validation for data migration projects. The Senior Data Migration Analyst's work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Data Migration Analyst works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex to complex problems; plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing the migration of EMR data; analyzes quality of data to be migrated, develops mitigation strategies for bad data to ensure a seamless migration, works independently, managing multiple priorities, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Data Migration Analyst acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Requires cross departmental collaboration and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with managers across the department.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of experience supporting EMR data migrations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
- Experience in problem analysis and process
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
