We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer Leader to lead the development, customization, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, problem-solving, and mentoring developers while also collaborating closely with stakeholders to build scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud
- Experience working with middleware such as MuleSoft
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 5+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Solid understanding of data modeling, security/sharing models, and role hierarchies in Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for Salesforce (Git)
- Experience with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, or Ajax) and Web Services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP).
- Experience with Application Development, API Design, API Development, JavaScript, System Integration, Agile Software Development, Technical Design.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (must have)and II certifications (preferred)
- Strong understanding of security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Background in managing offshore or cross-functional development teams
- Background in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools
- Define best practices for coding, deployment, and governance across multiple Salesforce orgs
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Partner with Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Manage and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating opportunities to enhance platform usage
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce environment
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and sprint planning within Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to technical discussions, influencing smart decisions around configuration vs. custom development.
