Requirements:
10-12 years of technology project management experience
Experience with enterprise-scale networking and/or collaboration programs and migrations with a focus on Cisco networking including WiFi, security, and collaboration products
Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds
Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management
Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades
Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit request
Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/ consultants
Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design
Identify and manage issue log
Develop, track and coordinate schedule
Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging
Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets
Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project
Strong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow Skills
Experience working with JIRA and working on a KanBan board for task and workflow management
Skills Desired:
Infrastructure project manager
Bachelor s Degree +
Experience within financial services / consulting
Network product knowledge: Cisco routing and switching, including user access switches, datacenter and edge routing, and WiFi infrastructure
Data Center Builds, Consolidations, Decommissions
Collaboration product knowledge: Cisco CUCM, Jabber, Webex, and Webex Calling a plus
