What You'll Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Support Technician, you'll work in a factory environment supporting both hardware and software for end users. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing laptops, PCs, and peripherals
- Performing software imaging and break/fix tasks
- Supporting users via phone, in person, and remotely
- Managing equipment moves and changes across multiple buildings
- Walking extensively in factory and flight-line areas (steel-toed boots provided)
What You'll Need to Succeed
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hardware troubleshooting (e.g., replacing motherboards, memory)
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptops
- Software imaging experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test and BG check
