IT Support Analyst (Contract)
Location: Austin, TX 78729
Duration: 6 months (starting 12/15/2025)
Pay Range: $25-$30/hr
Workplace: On-site at client's Austin HQ (eventual hybrid opportunity)
Pre-Employment Requirement: Must be willing to submit to background screening
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a highly customer-focused team. You'll provide technical support for hardware, software, and A/V systems, ensuring smooth operations for a large internal user base in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional first-contact support and resolve IT incidents within SLAs.
  • Support Windows and macOS laptops, Android/iOS devices, and general IT needs onsite and remotely.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and workstation setup.
  • Provide hands-on and remote support for A/V systems, including conference rooms and live events.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, and Active Directory accounts; assist with Okta provisioning and SSO.
  • Support mobile device management (Intune, Jamf) and perform basic network/VPN troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with security policies.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5-7 years of IT support experience in an enterprise or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Okta, and identity management systems.
  • Knowledge of MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and basic networking.
  • Certifications like MTA, MCSA, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
