Client is seeking a GEP SMART & Oracle Support Analyst to manage and support our indirect procurement system (GEP SMART) and its integration with Oracle. This role will transition system ownership from the business to IT&D and provide day-to-day operational support.
Responsibilities:
Administer and support GEP SMART and Oracle integrations.
Identify, track, and resolve invoice issues (rejections in Oracle, escalation to GEP).
Train and onboard suppliers and internal users.
Maintain process documentation and training materials.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and IT on issue resolution and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
Hands-on experience with GEP SMART and Oracle ERP (Procure-to-Pay).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with supplier onboarding and invoice workflows.
