Job Details
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and/or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, design efficient solutions, and implement automation and collaboration tools that enhance productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze requirements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions to meet business and compliance needs.
Develop and support business applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Dynamics, SQL).
Conduct system analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Support end users through troubleshooting, training, and creating system and process documentation.
Manage and optimize data flow, security, and governance across SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to plan and deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
Ensure solutions adhere to organizational policies, security standards, and Microsoft best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
3 6 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Application Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online / On-Premise) site administration, workflow design, permissions, and document management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (designing apps, workflows, and reports).
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration with other enterprise tools.
Understanding of data management, process automation, and governance practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint Administration / Development.
Experience with SQL, REST APIs, or Azure services for integration and data connectivity.
Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience in system documentation, testing, and user acceptance support.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
