Position summary
We are looking for a bright and energetic candidate for this position who will be responsible for creating and executing business opportunities (sales).

Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle including
- Identify key decision makers (IT and business) and build strong relationships with them
- Hunting for new customers in target industries
- Sell product licenses and related services

- Adept at solution-based selling with a focus on Managed Services

- Prepare and present C-level sales and vision/solution development presentations
- Able to gain the confidence of Client Architects, CTOs and other key decision makers
- Negotiating major contracts and closing seven figure new business deal
- Work on vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
- Develop long term client relationships with onshore and offshore service deliveries

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrable, successful enterprise software sales
  • Must have experience in selling software solutions and technologies
  • Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling software products
  • Demonstrated success selling deals in the $2M to $50M range.
  • Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
  • 8-10 years of experience in selling software products
  • Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations
  • Comprehensive understanding of change management, SDLC, application development and maintenance
  • Solution Selling as a demonstrable capability.
  • Highly articulate, both written and orally
  • Polished and convincing presentation skills
  • Strong business and IT acumen with an understanding of the issues major organizations need to tackle and resolve
