Job Title: Senior Security Manager

Job Description:

This position will support the Fighters & Bombers Directorate. Duties include:

- Assist with providing Directorate security operations support; and provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization for day-to-day support for collateral, SCI and SAP activities.

- Assist with preparation, coordination, and tracking of security-related materials and program actions to meet all security requirements, and provide security-related technical assistance to the Directorate.

- Assist with managing newcomer and security-related databases, and provide special administrative and logistical assistance for the division visitor control function.

- Maintain an active DISS account and assist with verifying personnel security clearances; along with processing personnel security investigation documents, reviewing the investigation documents for accuracy, and tracking submitted requests for personnel security clearances.

- Support the performance of administrative duties of a SAP Facility in accordance with DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07, Volume 1-4 and the JSIG or current guidance, including but not limited to submitting Program Access Requests (PARs), gaining and maintaining accreditation as required, and managing the self-inspection program.

Required Skills/Education:

- Fifteen (15) years' experience in functional area and possess a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to functional area; or a relevant Master's degree and twelve (12) years' experience in functional area; or twenty (20) years in functional area without a degree. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.

- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification certified in the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Security Professional Education Development Program. In lieu of certification, must demonstrate currency with other DCSA training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial and physical security programs through DCSA.

Education: Bachelors Degree
