Automation Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Automation Tester in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. We are looking for a highly motivated Automation Tester with strong JavaScript automation skills and hands-on experience in both web and mobile testing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality assurance, experienced in agile environments, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced development team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Webdriver-based frameworks (preferably WebdriverIO)
* Execute and validate automated and manual test cases for web applications
* Perform mobile web testing (manual and automated) using Appium (nice to have)
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure high-quality releases
* Conduct basic API testing using Postman
* Implement and maintain Cucumber-based test scenarios at a basic level
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
* Strong automation skills using JavaScript
* Proficiency in Webdriver automation (WebdriverIO preferred)
* Experience with manual web testing
* Familiarity with Appium for mobile web testing (preferred but not required)
* Basic understanding of Postman for API testing
* Basic experience with Cucumber for BDD

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
