Job Opportunity: IAM Business Systems Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Only Locals)
Duration: 8 Months (Till End of Year)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Systems Analyst to join our IAM delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment and has a solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications

  • Collaborate with IAM technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs

  • Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies (standups, refinement meetings)

  • Work with system/application owners to gather entitlement data

  • Validate and test IAM solutions

  • Support end users and maintain project documentation

  • Lead change efforts using organizational change management principles

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IAM domain

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

  • Strong grasp of IAM principles and access management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with agile methodologies

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Relevant certifications in IAM or Business Analysis (preferred)
