Job Description
Degrees/Certifications Required:
Either Bachelor's degree in STEM fields, and 3+ years industry/academic experience in developing Python software products or Data Analytics, alternatively 1+ year industry/academic experience in Computer Vision/ Machine Learning

Must-Have Skills
3+ year experience in Data Collection and being able to analyze and write that data, and using Linux/Android command console
3+ years of running Python scripts to conduct data analysis, organizing and analyzing and presenting. be familiar with these Python analytics libraries: Pandas, Numpy, Plotly
Experience with these Python analytics libraries: Pandas, Numpy, Plotly

Nice-to-have Skills
Excellent writing skills
Basic understanding of Computer Vision/Machine learning is preferred
Have worked in an ambiguous environment

Overview:
This position will assist principal investigators to collect data and evaluate performance for Computer Vision/Machine Learning tasks. You will work with cutting-edge Mixed Reality devices to evaluate the user experience.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting Principal investigators to
Collect data to evaluate Computer Vision tasks, at home or onsite in a data collection lab
Coordinate data collection that may involve other employees, facilitate participants scheduling and execute data collection protocols.
Set up experiments to evaluate the impact of various components on machine learning algorithm performance, and compile analysis reports to quantify their effects.
Moderate user experience demos

Minimum Requirements/Skills:
Write and Run Python scripts to conduct data analysis; familiar with the following Python Analystics libraries: Pandas, Numpy and Plotly
Effectively communicate relevant information in both verbal and written context
Drive progress towards results through coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Attend to details, and reason about priorities when guidance is ambiguous or incomplete

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
VR set will be worn and the CW will need to wear it and record the office or remotely, the CW will need to sign consent as they will be recording data.
1) 1st one is using a headset and they will need to record externally
2) 2nd they will need to record themselves with a camera
Data collection, hand and body data either onsite or at home
Coordinate with other employees and record their data
Data and logistics
Someone can run data analysis, evaluate the impact and compile reports and quantify and analyze data
Data Annotations for their collected data
