The Senior Software Engineer researches, designs, configures, tests, and manages software solutions to implement, enhance and maintain products and solutions to meet business needs. Software Engineers actively design, configure and deploy solutions with a high degree of quality, leveraging applications best practices, software design principles, ingenuity and creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills to devise unique and innovative software solutions. By utilizing Agile methodologies, the Software Engineer swiftly delivers innovative functionalities and continuous improvements while managing legacy systems and technology debt. Lastly, Software Engineers collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, Test/QA Engineers, Product Managers, and leaders to ensure the achievement of critical objectives.
