Required Skills and Experience

* Licensed Professional Surveyor (LPS) with expertise in land surveying and cadastral GIS mapping.
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cadastral GIS mapping applications, including experience with survey-grade geospatial data and related software (e.g., ArcGIS, AutoCAD, or other surveying-specific tools).
* Prior experience working on cadastral mapping projects, property tax records, land ownership, and legal land boundaries.
* Proven ability to work with geospatial data, including accurate data collection, interpretation, and analysis in relation to land surveying and boundary determinations.
* Advanced analysis and decision-making skills, with an emphasis on using sound judgment when interpreting complex survey data and applying relevant regulatory requirements.
* Knowledge of environmental regulatory business processes and their impact on surveying and cadastral mapping projects.
