Job Description
Position background:
  • This position is responsible for managing, mitigating, and reporting supplier resiliency risk, within the Enterprise Resilience Program.
  • The primary responsibility of this position will be to send, review, and complete the company's Organizational Resilience Questionnaire (ORQ) with the goal of completing 100% if in-scope assessments for the year for the program.
Team: This position will work within Enterprise Resilience Vendor Management Program. The program is part of the the Business Continuity Program. The Vendor Resilience Program is currently led by a Director and two analysts. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organization management, risk management acumen, and able to navigate multiple GRC systems to manage vendor risk.
Responsibilities:
Assess supplier resiliency risk through supplier assessments to identify capabilities related to business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management. Determine proactive actions to remediate findings from assessments.
Assists in coordinating supplier assessment activities to ensure effective workload and timely competition.
Communicates effectively and provides excellent customer service to suppliers to ensure timely competition and compliance of assessments.
Identifies, monitors, escalate, and reports to senior management on supplier resiliency risk, to enable anticipation, detection or prevention of supplier-related disruptions.
Correspond to inquires received to supplier resilience mailbox.
Participates in the development of SOPs, communication, training and educational programs related to program outcomes. Assist in Onboarding of resources supporting supplier resiliency assessments.
Ideal Background: 2+ years experience of third party risk management, business continuity, enterprise resilience, or risk management.
Required:
  • Ability to function in a support role during crisis management situations as it relates to supplier continuity
  • Exceptional organizational and communications skills, including the ability to listen effectively, understand varied business concepts, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of information and provide appropriate data to support event response
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong level of business impact focus and sensitivity
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Fusion Risk Management and Archer
