Job Title: Sr. Oracle HCM Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Required Experience & Skills
6+ years of experience with Oracle HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting applications.
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Payroll/HRMS experience.
Strong background in:
Business requirements gathering and solution design
Performing system setups and testing
Training end-users
Expertise in:
Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)
SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Ad-hoc Queries
RICEF components
Proven experience in Payroll year-end and quarter-end processing.
Strong communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and manage user expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Preferred Skills (not required but highly desired)
Experience with Oracle APEX Development.
Experience with Union Payroll Processing.
