Program Manager

**Key Responsibilities: **

• Lead large-scale, complex programs within the GSE domain, aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory mandates.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels, including VP and Executive-level business and technology counterparts, to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee integrated planning and execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring consistency and alignment across workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and controls ensuring timely mitigation and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Deliver detailed status reporting and executive-level updates, clearly communicating progress, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, engineers, compliance teams, and external vendors.
• Drive governance processes, including steering committee meetings, tollgate reviews, and audit readiness.
• Ensure programs adhere to enterprise project management standards, timelines, and budgets.

**Required Qualifications: ***

• 8+ years of program/project management experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.
• Proven track record in managing large enterprise-level programs including oversight of risk management and internal controls.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.

*Preferred Qualifications: *

• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification.
• Prior experience with loan origination, servicing, securitization, or credit risk programs in GSE environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
