Job Description:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
- The IT M&A Integration Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and post-integration support of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure during mergers and acquisitions.
- This role involves project management, stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, and ensuring IT deliverables align with business objectives.
- The Program Manager will also facilitate cross-functional teams and monitor performance to achieve seamless integration and post-integration success.
- Develop and maintain detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets for M&A projects.
- Oversee seamless integration of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure between organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related activities during the M&A process.
- Execute PMLC activities to manage day-to-day project tasks, track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver IT integration tasks on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings and ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify potential risks and issues during IT integration and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate IT s role in change management activities.
- Monitor the performance of integrated IT systems and address post-integration issues.
- Conduct post-mortem evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- 8+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on M&A or IT integration projects.
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance.
- Proven track record managing large-scale IT integrations across multiple regions or business units.
- Strong facilitation skills to manage cross-functional team discussions and align business and IT priorities.
- Experience translating complex business needs into actionable IT deliverables, including AI-based solutions.
- Skilled in applying waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Multi-disciplinary IT knowledge with proven systems integration experience, including AI technologies, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Experience using Project and Portfolio Management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Knowledge of change management and risk management strategies.
- Lead IT integration planning and execution for M&A projects.
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to align IT integration strategies with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of IT integration tasks.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the integration process.
- Support post-integration monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- IT project management with focus on M&A integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Expertise in PMLC, SDLC, and hybrid project methodologies.
- AI technologies and data pipeline integration knowledge.
- Risk management and change management capabilities.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools.
- Bachelor s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not required.
