Overview:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer who will support our client. The selected candidate will be expected to support the existing application platform and contribute to modernization enhancements using MS Dynamics.

Duties:

• Work as part of a team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to efforts working on potential modernization enhancements.

• Understand the operational and IT requirements for state agencies.

• Assess and configure software, applications, custom solutions, and new applications using MS Dynamics.

• Ensure the integration of new enhancements with existing systems.

• Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.

• Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.

• Provide extended support for post-deployment issues; deliver ongoing maintenance services.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology / IT / Computer Science

• 6+ years of related experience.

• 1+ years of experience working at NYS agencies with a strong understanding of operational and IT requirements.
