Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Technician with hands-on experience in retail hardware and IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, installing, and troubleshooting a variety of retail and office devices, ensuring smooth operations across stores, offices, and data centers.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in PC hardware/software configuration and support.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail field support or hardware maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record (no DUI).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Windows OS, O365, ServiceNow, iPads/Tablets, and other retail applications.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting diverse retail devices and environments.
  • Prior work experience in a retail store or field support environment is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CompTIA A+ (Required)
  • CCNA (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, or MCTS
