Technical Skills
Hands-on knowledge of Mainframe technologies:
COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM, z/OS
Experience managing batch and online processing environments.
Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD concepts for mainframe is a plus.
Project & Agile Skills
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and project governance.
Experience using Agile and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Rally).
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
