DTS is looking for PeopleSoft Supplier Contracts Functional SME for our client position
Position Summary:
A Public Sector Client is seeking a PeopleSoft Supplier Contract Module Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end configuration, integration, and enablement of the Supplier Contract Tracking Module within its PeopleSoft environment. This role encompasses business analysis, workflow automation, system integration, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure a seamless implementation aligned with governance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process Ownership & Configuration
- Lead the implementation of the PeopleSoft Supplier Contract Module within an existing PeopleSoft environment.
- Configure document and metadata management features, including retention schedules and audit trails.
- Develop role-based access controls and enforce permission protocols for contract visibility and compliance.
- Enable linkage of purchase orders (POs) and supplier metadata to contract records.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design templates, terms, and governance protocols.
- Establish user-friendly training resources and sandbox environments to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide ongoing support for end-users, including post-implementation troubleshooting and updates.
Operational & Functional Support
- Design and deploy automated workflows for contract review, approval, and routing, including Outlook calendar integrations.
- Integrate the module with enterprise tools such as Laserfiche, shared drives, and Outlook.
- Support ad hoc and scheduled reporting, including Excel export automation.
- Build real-time dashboards for tracking the contract lifecycle.
- Migrate historical contracts and metadata from legacy systems and shared drives.
- Develop reporting and analytics for administrators, compliance, and audit tracking.
Advisory & Roadmap Support
- Guide the client through process alignment, change management, and adoption of the new module.
- Provide strategic insights for future enhancements and integrations with adjacent systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials or SCM, with a strong focus on Supplier Contractsor Procurement
- Proven expertise in end-to-end module implementations, including configuration and integration.
- Deep understanding of workflow automationwithin ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of metadata tagging, audit trails, and retention policies(e.g., DoD 5015.2-STD compliance).
- Experience with data migrationfrom legacy systems and shared drives.
- Familiarity with role-based access controland security administration.
- Prior involvement in training and change managementis a plus.
- Excellent communication skillsand ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with public sector or government clientsis preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Outlook integration workflowsand Laserfiche document management systems.
- Familiarity with Excel reporting automationand SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
- Ability to influence and collaboratewith diverse stakeholder groups across departments.
