JD:
- Looking for strong expertise as an engineer capable of handling end-to-end technical requests from the customer side. This includes troubleshooting both LAN fundamental issues and end-user-related concerns such as M365 and basic network configuration. Ideally, the candidate should hold at least a basic certification such as CCNA or MCP to meet the expected technical standards.
- 5-10years of experience in IT
- Excellent communication skills
