Required Skill Set :
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with cloud migration to azure.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Plan and control projects, including monitoring, issue and risk management, change control & contingency planning whilst maintaining the overall direction and integrity of the project
- Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Clear understanding of project terminology and methodology
- Adapt to different communication and working styles
- Maintain and Manage Scope, Schedule & Budget constraints
- Effective communication with project sponsor, Manager / Director, in customer organization (weekly)
- Status presentation and Stage Gate approvals with Directors and Sr Directors (Monthly)
- Coordination with IT Services Suppliers to deliver needed IT Services required for project delivery
Responsibilities
- Manage each project s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
- Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance
- Resolving issues that hinder the teams Work
- Manage Impediments and Risks
- Update ADO
- Responsible for ensuring that each team member follows the framework of Scrum

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
