Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid – Up to two days per week onsite at the Lowell, MA office (any two days Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Hours: 40 hours per week (no overtime or weekend work expected)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Position Overview
The Integrated Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing fully integrated, data-driven marketing programs that drive demand and measurable sales outcomes. This role partners closely with Sales, Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Web teams to engage customers and prospects across all stages of the buying cycle.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, solution-oriented, and highly results-driven, with a strong background in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated demand generation program plan, including budget ownership.
- Design and manage multi-channel lead generation initiatives, including webinars, email campaigns, direct mail, and ABX (Account-Based Experience) programs.
- Leverage marketing tools and platforms to measure, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage and accurately forecast marketing program budgets.
- Support the development and execution of account-based experience strategies in alignment with sales objectives.
- Implement repeatable processes for program development, execution, and follow-up.
- Provide timely, effective communication and collaboration with business development and sales teams.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Web teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximize budget efficiency and program impact.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of B2B software marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead and demand generation.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven success developing and executing demand generation and lead generation programs.
- Exceptional written communication skills (required).
- Demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve measurable goals in a highly automated marketing environment.
- Strong metrics orientation with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
- Solid understanding of positioning principles and go-to-market methodologies.
- Experience with marketing and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
