Description
Responsibilities include:
Preparing concise and detailed reliability test plans and reports with an emphasis on
prioritizing tasks to meet challenging deadlines.
Developing new reliability tests, procedures, and specifications.
Analyzing experimental data to provide in-depth understanding of design
features.
Researching state-of-the-art technology to understand root causes of test failures.
Providing design direction to multi-functional teams to improve product reliability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in applying Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design of
Experiments (DOE).
Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Digital Image Correlation
(DIC).
Extraordinary problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Confidence in navigating ambiguity and developing innovative approaches to
challenges.
Dynamic, "can-do" attitude with a passion for delivering groundbreaking technologies
and an eagerness to explore uncharted territory.
Education and Experience
B.S. or M.S Engineering degree
4+ years of experience in a related field or industry

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
