undergoing a transformative evolution in how it designs, deploys, and operates its infrastructure. We are building the foundation for the next generation of distributed platforms, automation frameworks, and developer tools driving operational excellence and development velocity.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Designing, engineering, and operating scalable systems in a hybrid cloud environment
- Building and maintaining core infrastructure services (compute, storage, networking, identity)
- Supporting our private cloud platform with a focus on performance, reliability, and observability
- Implementing infrastructure patterns with a focus on security, availability, and disaster recovery
- Developing platform APIs and tooling to improve self-service and automation across the organization
- Contributing to configuration management and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet
- Collaborating with software, DevSecOps, and SRE teams to architect solutions that meet real-world scale and performance demands
- Monitoring and improving systems performance with metrics and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about system design, automation, and technology at scale. You re comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex technical environment and enjoy working collaboratively across disciplines.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
- Engineering and supporting Linux and/or Windows systems in large-scale environments
- Building highly available, redundant, and performant infrastructure
- Using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) in production environments
- With scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate operational workflows
- Supporting virtualization and containerization platforms (VMware, Kubernetes, etc.)
- With version control and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Applying observability practices to identify and solve system-level issues quickly
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience operating OpenStack or other private cloud platforms
- Knowledge of systems security best practices and secure configurations
- Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, service meshes, or distributed systems
